FOOD PHILOSOPHY:
Food is fuel and the #1 purpose for it is to provide us with energy and nutrients. However, here at Simply Fit Meals we believe that good fuel should be synonymous with good flavor. After all, if it doesn't taste good...you probably won't eat it.
What is good fuel? If you ever eat something and can't answer "What (good) does this do for my body?", then it's probably not good fuel.
WHY HEALTHY FOOD:
Food is very important. It is far more than substance that keep us "full".
Food is what fuels our lives, everyday. The quality of this food has a huge impact on how you feel and your overall well being.
When we created our meals we blended two things - nutritional science + flavor. We did this to create meals that people wanted to eat, but still the nutrients that most food these days has strayed from.
